FROM NORTH - Maine Turnpike (I-95)
- Get off Exit #4 Biddeford (this is not Exit #4 York)

- Go West on Rt. 11 to Alfred (about 12 miles)

- At intersection of Rt. 111 and Rt. 4, go through intersection to 4A (straight ahead)

- After 3-4 miles, turn right on Rt. 224 to Springvale (about 4-5 miles)

- Then right on 109/11 until you hit Mousam Lake (Emery Mills/ Shapleigh)

- Bear right on Rt. 11

- Go 3 miles to blinker where Rt. 11 makes a 90 degree left turn

- Go about 1½ miles to Kettle Pond Resort sign on left

- Turn left into property and immediately left onto paved driveway into the development

 

FROM NORTH - Easier Alternative - Maine Turnpike (I-95)
- Get off Exit 2 - Wells

- Turn right onto Rt. 109

- Go through Sanford and Sprinvale on Rt. 109/11 until you hit Mousam Lake (Emery Mills/ Shapleigh)

- Bear right on Rt. 11

- Go 3 miles to blinker where Rt. 11 makes a 90 degree left turn

- Go about 1½ miles to Kettle Pond Resort sign on left

- Turn left into property and immediately left onto paved driveway into the development
 

FROM SOUTH - I- 95
- Over bridge (I-95) from New Hampshire to Kittery, Maine

- Take Exit #3 - Rt. "236 - South Berwick" to Rt. 4 (about 12 miles)

- Right on 4 (which shortly bears right) to North Berwick (about 14 miles) to Rt. 109

- Left on Rt. 109 through Sanford and Springvale (about 5 miles) to Mousam Lake

- Bear right on Rt. 11

- Go 3 miles to blinker where Rt. 11 makes a 90 degree left turn

- Go about 1½ miles to Kettle Pond Resort sign on left

- Turn left into property and immediately left onto paved driveway into the development

 

FROM SOUTH - Easier Alternative - Maine Turnpike (I-95)
- Over bridge on I-95 about 7 miles to Maine Turnpike

- Get off Exit #19 - Wells

- Turn right onto Rt. 109

- Go through Sanford and Sprinvale on Rt. 109/11 until you hit Mousam Lake (Emery Mills/ Shapleigh)

- Bear right on Rt. 11

- Go 3 miles to blinker where Rt. 11 makes a 90 degree left turn

- Go about 1½ miles to Kettle Pond Resort sign on left

- Turn left into property and immediately left onto paved driveway into the development
