There are also great opportunities to view the area’s abundant wildlife. Moose, loons, black bears, wild turkeys, fox and several species of waterfowl are common sights.

Summer
Summer brings with it, not only warm weather, but a variety of activities, including swimming, boating, water skiing, tubing, and dockside activities on Goose Pond. The region is famous for its summertime events and offers many exciting day trips for the adventurer.
